Notices from You to Golden Palms Luxury Rentals shall be made either by regular mail, sent to the address we provide on our Website, or first class mail to our address at 7705 Progress Circle, Melbourne Florida, 32904.
Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Golden Palms Luxury Rentals five (5) days after the date sent.

Payment Policy

Resort Rules
Lessee shall review, agree to, sign and return the Site Rental Agreement along with Exhibit A RV & Lot Policy, Exhibit B-Pet Policy, Exhibit-C Golf Cart Policy, and Exhibit-D Trailer Policy, attached thereto.

Golden Palms Luxury Rentals are not affiliated with the Golden Palms HOA rental program.
We are owners of deeded lots within the resort offering our lots for rent by owner.
The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Golden Palms Luxury Rentals with respect to this Website. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Golden Palms Luxury Rentals with respect to this Website. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Golden Palms Luxury Rentals. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
Refund Policy
If any customer cancels their reservation 60 days prior to check-in, Golden Palms Luxury Rentals will provide a full refund. Reservations cancelled between 59 and 30 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in, no refund shall be given.
